A Grateful Step Forward: Reflecting on My Journey with EBFA

For years, I’ve had the incredible privilege of sharing my passion and knowledge through the Evidence-Based Fitness Academy (EBFA). Teaching at EBFA has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my professional life—a journey marked by growth, connection, and a shared love for the science of human movement, especially the foundational role of the foot.

The foot, with its complexity and power, has always fascinated me. Through EBFA, I was given a platform to dive deep into this often-overlooked structure, helping others understand its importance, its influence on overall biomechanics, and its potential to unlock better movement and health. Watching minds light up in workshops, seeing professionals shift their perspectives, and witnessing the ripple effect of informed foot education—these are memories I will carry with pride and gratitude.

But as with all great journeys, there comes a time to pivot—to explore new terrains while carrying forward the same mission and heart. That time has come for me.

While I am stepping away from my formal role at EBFA, my passion for foot science remains as strong as ever. In fact, it’s evolving.

I’m currently working on something special—something rooted in honesty, depth, and innovation. It’s still early days, but the goal is clear: to continue teaching, inspiring, and pushing the conversation forward around foot function, health, and its impact on the entire body.

To those who have learned with me, challenged me, supported me, and grown with me: thank you. Your curiosity and commitment are what made teaching such a joy. And rest assured—this is not a goodbye. It’s simply the next step.

The future is bright. The foot is still the foundation. And I can’t wait to share what’s coming next.

Stay tuned.
